back to UKM again…i know life will not be that ez..but i din expect is a mess… got some ‘techical’  and ‘physical’ problem in registering units… life is torturing… why things can be a little bit ez for me?? i just  wanna arrange my ‘little’ time table with 20units that i register ‘nicely’…but it seems like, if i have a comfortable life, is a ridiculous thing in the world..

this is a whole new sem for me.. got lots of brand new subjects, assignments, presentations are waiting for me even on the very 1st day… but it din seems like wanna make my life any ez by messing up my time table.. all subject i want clash with my major… God… and it seems like this is not enuf, i have to ‘fan’ on subject taking..

i tot that i had done wih the time table thing..now it come another issue.. i wan to clear all my PB this sem…but seems like i got 2 prob here… the ez score subject had been all taken… and those not is, again, clash with my ‘dear’ time table…

suddenly…i feel very very fan… why this sem got so many prob?? i have to clear a 1st year subject which appeared to be the fac’s technical prob..then that course have feild work geh.. so i decided to take this sem so that during my 1st year it will not be that heavy…i can at least have some time to do my thesis.. so i settled that prob after i did a lot of thinking…

Problems just dont like to leave you alone..once u settle 1, the other will come…really xian.. sometime kinda fed up..frust..until i also dun want to say.. ai… can anyone help me…..

Christmas countdown at Sungai Wang

Saturday, December 24th, 2005

Jingle bell, Jingel Bell, Jingle all the way… Merry X’Mas!!~~

Usually I don’t go for any Christmas countdown.. But I went to Sungai Wang for countdown this year… I can tell you man, Christmas countdown at Sungai Wang is really crazy…

The ambience there was really… em…. Natural high… people were playing around with snow spray… the floor were all cover with white bubble.. or should I say chemical made soap bubble that kind of thing…Who ever pass by anyone who had a snow spray in his/her hand..sure will get spray..no matter you are strangers or friends… not only people were the target of being spray*they all turn out to be snowman…cause all cover by the snow spray.. haha..* But even cars and motorists are those maniac’s target.. They ‘kepung’ the car in the middle of road, and sprayed the car…until it’s windscreen totally covered with the snow spray… poor car… although it is fun to see these kind of situation.. But I have to say that it is dangerous…because they even took some car’s wiper up so that the owner couldn’t wipe those creamy look like ‘snow’ out… this is really dangerous ler… to both driver and the road user…

anyway, different people had different reaction la… some drivers seem to enjoy these kind of ‘games’ the youth up to… but some not… after those drivers pass by the ‘man made road block’, they sound their horn and spped up their drive… dangerous… some almost hit somebody..

But luckily no accident happen yet when my boy boy and I decided to go home.. That was about 11pm… cause we both don’t want to get coloured by someone else…although we did kena spray by someone else liao… all my hair and clothes get those snow spray… but we didn’t get revenge cause we didn’t buy one of those spray also…haha… can’t imagine… not even 12.00 am.. The situation already gone wild… it was only 10 something… the night is still young… anyway, don’t know what happen after we gone.. maybe the situation will go even wilder?? Who knows? Only those youth around Sungai Wang will know…

Merry X’Mas…and of course Happy New Year…

p/s.  for those KL people… must go to Starhill!!! the Christmas decoration there is excellent!!! if you don’t go, you will really regret~~ and don’t forget to bring your camera as well…capture the Christmas spirit.. really worth it man…

Happening December…(.!_!.)

Wednesday, December 21st, 2005

Soon will be Christmas… Soon my holiday will end… Soon I will be back to UKM… Soon will be the end of year 2005… Soon will come the year of 2006.. A lot of soon is coming…

Soon the month of December will come to the end… it means that my birthday month is going to end and I have to wait for another year for the month of December…

Talking about my birthday… I din celebrate my 21st birthday… the funny thing is even my family also didn’t realize it was my birthday on my birthday.. haha… really funny.. But of course my mom had already gave me a pair of white gold ear ring as present.. And I also received a ‘Strom’ mp3 player from my dear… Thank you dear…hug hug…

Although I didn’t celebrate my 21st birthday…some of friends asked me why I didn’t organize a party to celebrate it… emm.. If I say I lazy to do so?? hehe… don’t know… for me, have or don’t have is no big deal… I didn’t sad or unhappy at all…don’t know why.. Maybe I grow up liao..and think mature liao??? Haha..

With or without present is not so important.. The thing that I mind most is that I have or dunt have my friend’s wishes and greeting…My friends’ ‘sum yi’… you know.. When I received my friends greeting at the midnight of my birthday… I am very happy at that moment… even made me more surprise was I received unexpected greeting from my direct junior… that was really big surprise… really ‘got heart’.. Thanks… or maybe he did it to get my notes gua…haha… worry that if he don’t treat me good he will not get my notes…hehe.. No la.. No matter he wishes me or not, all my notes will be his also… I am a good senior who take care of junior what…haha… dun play play oh~~

21st… an important age as some say… there say parents will give u a key shape pendant as present as the symbol of freedom…the symbol of you have grow up.. I din get that.. But still I am happy with it… as I said earlier.. Doesn’t matter what… I have my freedom, I know. My parents no need to worry about me, how I live. Cause I ‘report’ everything.. I mean those they need to know la… hehe… I think my mom know what am I doing.. So she doesn’t control me much… sometimes I even go out yam cha with my buddies till 2 or 3am…=p

70′ born babies!

Sunday, December 11th, 2005

this is an article i found in my yahoo mailbox..uite true and funny..so i decided to share with my frenz here…

For those who were born slightly earlier than me, well, you’ll understand this as well…..indeed time flies….. For your reading pleasure…some might be true. Hope you will all enjoy reading it. This might bring you back the old memory especially during those school days…..

Signs that you are a 70s’ baby:

  • You grew up watching G-Force, He-man, Transformers, Thundercats, Silver Hawk, Woody Woodpecker, Chipmunks and Mickey Mouse. Not to forget Ninja Turtles, Mask, Smurfs and Voltron too.
  • Girls watched Japanese cartoon like My Little Pony, "Xiao Tian Tian", "Hua Xian Zi" etc.
  • You grew up brushing your teeth with a mug in primary school after recess time. You squatted by a drain with all your classmates beside you, and brushed your teeth with a colo urful mug.
  • Remember the days when the school nurse, comes with a list for the dentist appointment, the sound of the drilling when your friend has a fill in his tooth.
  • You remember the packets of milk we get in primary school to encourage us to drink more milk. (It is only cost 30 cent per pack)
  • In secondary school, girls go to the library to borrow their favourite romance storybook.
  • In secondary school, girls altered their school skirt to shorten it and guys will go to the school appointed school uniform tailor shop to tailor make their school trousers to the then fashionable "baggy pants"!
  • During primary school days, the teacher will punish you using a ruler to hit your palm.
  • A bowl of noodles soup cost only 30cent in primary school days.
  • When you were in primary school, girls like to go to the bookshop to buy cute stuff such as animal erasers, various shape sharpeners, colourful notebook etc.
  • Hankyu Jaya, Yaohan departmental stores used to be a favourite hangout for families during weekends.
  • In secondary school days, you buy the Bata BM Turbo or Pallas Jazz school shoes. Some guys like to wear those china made ankle high shoes. Some even like to wear those very thick socks with their school shoes.
  • Internet? E-mail? What the hell is that?
  • So you thought a decade or more ago, your friends don’t have pagers or handphones in school.
  • CDs? What’s that? Cassette tapes were the norm.
  • Movie tickets used to cost less than $5 last time.
  • The goodies from Mama shop used to be Chickerdis, Mamee , Kum Kum, UFO, O-Ya, Ding Dang chocolate balls with toys in the box, colourful hard "egg", "cigerette" bubble gum, KIKI Bubble Gum, pink bottle of bubbles c/w a small tubes with yellow sticks to blow "more lasting" bubbles that you can pop more air in or slam it on.
  • You never forget ‘Ti Kam’. When exams are over, the board games (e.g Monopoly, Donkey, Transportation Comparison Card) & held video games will be all over the class room.
  • Your favourite sound is the bell!
  • For it’s the homemade ice cream man. The cream that tops Haagan Dazs!
  • And the other peddler you love is the old lady who sells juicy Muah Chee and thick olden syrup rolled in a balloon the tip of a chopstick stick.
  • Another bell is the recess bell, a time to get away from school work and to eat.
  • Another time when there is no bell but all guys will anxiously wait for it…The PJ (Pendidikan Jasmani), PE time (time for football)
  • Your favourite childhood games were playing "gu li"(marbles), five stones, five bottle cover, zero-point, catching, "Pepsi-Cola one two three" and/or "Police & Sentry"!
  • The best thirst quencher of all times is the yummy colourful ice tubes you can buy from provision shops for only 10 cent. To eat them, break the tab and suck while holding the freezing tube!
  • All gals have a girl doll/strawberry shortcake/my little pony/pound puppy, while all boys have a soldiers figurine (combat) or a rubber band catapult that shoots folded paper!
  • Once was the era whereby ice-cream sticks were valueable items, then came the paper aircrafts, chalk fights.
  • Some boys made their own guns from wood, and used ‘Bacali’ as the bullets.
  • Some even used matches to shoot and burn kids’lanterns during MoonCake Festival.
  • And your favourite holiday was Lunar New Year! New clothes, Ang Pows, shopping, junk food and family outings!
  • Let’s see, the majority of students in universities today were born in 1982/83…. They are called "youth".
  • For them, they have never heard of the song "We are the World, we are the Children…" And the "Uptown Girl" they know is by ‘West Life’ but not ‘Billy Joel’.
  • For them, there have always been only one Germany and only one Vietnam.
  • AIDS exists since they were born.
  • CD exists since they were born.
  • Michael Jackson is already whitened.
  • John Travolta is always round in shape and they can’t imagine how this fat guy could be a god of dance.
  • They believe that Spiderman and Incredible Hulk are just new films.
  • They can never imagine a black and white screen for a computer.
  • They never know what is Atari or ‘Game & Watch’. They can’t believe a black and white television ever existed and they don’t even know how to switch on a TV without a remote control.
  • And they never understand how we can go out without a mobile phone when we were in university…

Let’s check if we’re getting old…

1. You understand what was written above and you smile.

2. Most of your secondary school friends are getting married.

3. You are always surprised to see small children playing comfortably with computer.

4. When you see teenagers with mobile phones, you shake your head.

5. You spend less and less time talking on phone with your friends daily.

6. When you meet your old friends from time to time, talking about the good old days, repeating again and again all funny stories you experienced together.

7. Lastly, having read this mail, you are thinking of forwarding it to some other old friends. You think they will like it too….. Hahaha!…. Yes! We are getting old too……….. Brings back old memories huh?

Cheers to the 70s babies!!!

writing here again lo~~

It’s been quite some time I didn’t write a blog here… Quite lazy ma… hehe…but with my absentice here, there are still quick a number ‘happening events’ around us recently which kep all our eyes busy, either good or bad. Such as *H5N1 outbreak*, *Kashmir earthquake*, *Jilinchemical plant explosion which caused the pollution of Song Hua River, Hei Long Jiang, which known as Amur Riverin Russia*, the incident which involving the China tourist been humiliated by the Malaysia authorities… We are surrounded by tons of negative news… But there is still something which is good and happy news around us. For example, *the end of the 2005 Atlantic Hurricane season*, *the 23rd Sea Game(Southeast Asian Game) in Philippine*.. At least there are some events that bring joy to us…

Nowadays, I am in holiday… so free… until I am looking forward to read newspaper everyday.. LoL..  Actually, I am not the reading newspaper girl, u know. When I was in hostel, I never had the time to read newspaper…just peek at the headline. Haha.. If I read also, I will go for the entertainment first, then headline. And of course I never read the sport section and the international news. =p

But for now, when I grab a newspaper, I will first look into the sport section.. Why?? It is because I want to know how the Malaysian athletes are doing in the 23rd Sea Game…  How many gold medals and which sport event had been grab by Malaysia. It is quite interesting when I read that there are arguments in the medal for Wushu category which they think there is something to do with the very subjective marking system by the judges. A Malaysian athlete had been strongly disagreed with the results that had been announced.. Complaints and comments are everywhere… saying that there isn’t a fair play… and of course this kind of incidents happen a lot during any huge events.. The host will always have some kind of advantages… it is kind of like a usual thing that happen.. Right?

So far, till now (1.12.05), Malaysia, in the 5th place of the medal tally, had proudly grabbed 28 Gold medals, 22silver medals, and 24 bronze medals. I believe that Malaysia athletes can do better than that.. Although we need to catch up with Philippine, the host, which is in the 1st place with 58 gold medals, 37 silver medals, and 46 bronze medals. I know they can do it… cause MALAYSIA BOLEH! Our dear slogan…

I don’t know whether the TV had broadcast in or not, because recently I seldom watch Tv1… I wish that I can watch the Badminton, Aquatics, Gymnastics, Volleyball game… it is syok to watch that… can’t help… the most regretful thing is that I cant had a chance to watch the opening ceremony of 23rd Sea Game…What a waste.. So what I did is, I went to the official website of this Sea Game and go through the pictures which had been capture on that day… Cool pictures… so I roughly know what was going on that night… haha….LoL just wish that I can watch the closing ceremony on the 5th December la…
